Our friendly and family orientated medical centre is focused on providing the highest quality healthcare services for our community.

As a member of the Waitaha PHO ,we are committed to a sustainable ,accessible and integrated health service that enables our patients to maintain health, independence and wellness within their own community.

Our team is dedicated to addressing health equity and improving health outcomes for all patients and family /whanau. Taking an equitable approach ensures patients regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, culture, socio economic status, geographical location, wellness and the ability to have equitable access to our health services, which includes our Maori patients and acknowledges the importance of Te Tiriti o Waitangi as well as welcoming LGBTQI + and rainbow patients.

The Cheviot Health Centre is 100% community owned not for profit organisation and is a Cornerstone and Foundation accredited practice having met the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners quality framework.

 

Survey

You may receive an email or text message inviting you to take part in a national patient experience survey about your experience here at Cheviot Health Centre.

This survey is three times a year and by taking part, you would be helping to improve the care you and your whānau receive, as well as care and access to health services in local communities across New Zealand.
Taking part in the survey is voluntary and anonymous.
